How did you find us

List the sources of where your Bookings come from., such as Word of Mouth, Drive-By Signage, Previous Guest, Tourism Office, etc as well as any 3rd Party OTAs you are listed on, such as AirBnB, HomeAway, booking.com, etc. If you don’t want these to appear of the Public Site (the Front End), mark them accordingly These are a valuable marketing Tool (See How did you find us Report) and, if your system is integrated with OTA+, the 3rd Part OTA referrals are used by the Trust Account to calculate the commission strusture and as to whether to automatically raise an Invoice for payment.

Guest Reviews

The Guest Reviews set up has two parts. Guest Types to identify the type of guest you want to track (Leisure, Corporate, etc.) Individual icons will automatically be created to represent each type. (Contact us if these do not suit) Questions to enter the topics you would like to have rated, i.e. Outlook, Service, Cleanliness, etc. (Hint try to keep the number to 5 or 6 topics). We also suggest adding the rating method in braketts after each topic i.e. Cleanliness (1 poor - 10 excellent) Property Maintenance set up has two parts. Users. Enter the details of individual housekeepers, sub- contractors, handyman and any other tradespeople that undertake tasks involving the accommodations on a regular basis. The Cleaners or cleaning sub contractors may then be allocated against each individual property (See Properties) Tasks. These could include Check Out, Freshen, Back to Back or Turnaround, Maintenance, etc. The various tasks can be colour coded to the stages of the individual tasks on the Property Maintenance Sheet. Traders Enter the names and contact details of the tradespeople used on a regular basis to maintain your properties. These can then be used to either email or SMS the particular trades-person whenever a task or maintenance issue arises. The Colour Styles The public availability and booking pages may be modified to match your own website and a default Template is pre built into the system. New templates may be added as required. and it is suggested that a new template is built to suite your own website. Changing the Active Template immediately changes the Public website so, as changes are made, they can be immediately viewed on-line and then then changed back by reverting to the Default. The various sections and their colours may be changed to suite your own website and we suggest you view each change on-line as they are changed until you learn which style changes which part of the form.
